Delete your Pookiebase account

If you would like to delete your Pookiebase account and associated data, you can request deletion in one of the following ways:

1. In the app:
   Open Account and scroll to the bottom, then tap Remove Account.
2. By email:
   Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address linked to your Pookiebase account.

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete your account and associated Pookiebase data, including:

• your account profile
• your email address and login-related account record
• your collection entries
• your wishlist entries
• your app preferences and customization settings linked to your account

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within 7 days.
